The Inistioge George Brown Memorial Committee was saddened to hear of the death of Sean Garland and wishes to express its profound sympathy to his wife, Mary, daughter Caoimhe and family.

 

From the time of the inaugural George Brown Commemoration in June 2008, Seán and Mary have been committed supporters of the annual event and loyal friends of the committee. Their dedication will serve as an inspiration to us to perpetuate the memory of George Brown and the sacrifice he made in the cause of the principles he held dear.
